Our work

The jobs that come through our doors.

Below is the kind of work we build day to day, with the process, material and quantity behind each. Photography of individual jobs goes up as customers approve it — we do not publish anyone's parts without permission.

3D printing

Bridge-run enclosures

Two-part housings printed while an injection tool is still being cut, so a pilot launch does not slip. We install heat-set inserts, print gasket channels in place and paint to a named color.

FDM · 0.20 mm · ASA or PETG
Typical quantity
25 – 500 sets
Finish options
Sanded, primed, painted
Laser cutting

Instrument front panels

Acrylic panels cut to a PCB connector layout with engraved legends and light-pipe windows. Kerf is compensated so the panel drops into an extruded case without filing.

Typical material
Cast acrylic, 3 mm
Features
Cutouts, slots, engraved text
Cadence
One-off or repeat batches
Procurement

Costed BOMs and kitted builds

Form-fit-function alternates

Jigs, fixtures and test aids

Bench fixtures that hold boards for probe testing, guide harness routing or speed up repetitive assembly — the kind of part that pays for itself in a week and gets revised twice.

Typical process
FDM · Nylon CF or PETG
Turnaround
Rush available, 1 – 2 days
Typical quantity
1 – 20 per station

SLS · PA12
Features
Living hinges, snap fits
