3D Printing

Printed parts priced the moment you upload the file.

Three processes, eleven materials and real finishing options — quoted by the same material and machine-time math our shop runs, not a guess from a form.

Processes

Pick the process that matches the job

Not sure? Upload the model and quote it two ways — the calculator prices every process against the same geometry.

FDM / FFF

Fused filament

The workhorse for functional prototypes, jigs and enclosures. Widest material range and the lowest cost per part.

Build volume
350 × 350 × 400 mm
Layer heights
0.12 / 0.20 / 0.28 mm
Tolerance
±0.3 mm or ±0.3%, whichever is greater

SLA / Resin

Stereolithography

Smooth, detail-faithful parts for cosmetic models, housings for casting and small precision geometry.

Build volume
218 × 123 × 235 mm
Layer heights
0.05 / 0.10 mm
Tolerance
±0.15 mm or ±0.15%, whichever is greater

SLS Nylon

Selective laser sintering

Isotropic, support-free nylon parts. Best choice for living hinges, snap fits and end-use mechanical components.

Build volume
330 × 330 × 420 mm
Layer heights
0.10 mm
Tolerance
±0.25 mm or ±0.25%, whichever is greater
Materials

PLABlack, White, Grey, Red, BlueFDM / FFFStiff and dimensionally stable. Ideal for fit checks and display models.
PETGBlack, White, Clear, GreyFDM / FFFTougher than PLA with better moisture and chemical resistance.
ABSBlack, White, GreyFDM / FFFHeat tolerant and machinable, vapor smoothable for a molded finish.
ASABlack, NaturalFDM / FFFUV-stable outdoor grade with ABS-like mechanics.
TPU 95ABlack, NaturalFDM / FFFFlexible elastomer for gaskets, bumpers and strain reliefs.
Nylon CFBlackFDM / FFFCarbon-filled nylon for stiff, heat-resistant load-bearing parts.
Standard ResinGrey, Black, ClearSLA / ResinCrisp surface detail for visual models and enclosures.
Tough ResinGrey, AmberSLA / ResinImpact resistant, suitable for snap fits and functional testing.

Rules of thumb that save you a revision

  • Minimum wall thickness: 1.2 mm on FDM, 0.8 mm on SLA, 1.0 mm on SLS
  • Holes print undersized — we ream critical bores or you can add 0.2 mm clearance
  • Overhangs past 45° need support; call out cosmetic faces and we orient around them
  • Threads: print M4 and larger directly, or we install heat-set inserts on request
  • Send STL, OBJ, 3MF or STEP. STEP is preferred when tolerances are tight

Every file gets a manufacturability check before it runs. If a wall is too thin or a feature will not survive support removal, we tell you and suggest the fix — before you are charged for a failed build.

Applications

What customers print with us

Functional prototypes

Fit, form and function checks before you commit to tooling.

Jigs & fixtures

Assembly aids, drill guides and test fixtures built to your bench.

Enclosures

Housings for electronics, including cutouts for the connectors you specify.

Low-volume production

Bridge runs of tens to low thousands without an injection mold.

Replacement parts

Obsolete or single-source components reproduced from a sample or drawing.

Casting & molding masters

High-temp resin patterns for silicone tooling and investment casting.
